Taylor Park Estates  18-Unit Residential Building

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to assist with the day-to-day upkeep and basic maintenance of our condominium building.

Responsibilities include:

-Routine building inspections and minor repairs
-Coordinating maintenance and contractors
-Managing garbage/recycling and seasonal outdoor tasks
-Responding to resident inquiries and concerns
-Monitoring safety and building systems

Details:

-Part-time (approx. 1215 hours/week)
-Some on-call availability may be required
-Indoor and outdoor work year-round
