Join the Spark at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU)! As we continue to evolve our digital ecosystem, we are seeking a highly motivated Information Technologist  Systems Analyst (Enterprise Content & Workflow) to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building, optimizing, and modernizing enterprise systems. If youre passionate about workflow automation, content management, and helping an organization transition into the next generation of digital platforms, we want to meet you. As an Information Technologist (IT)  Systems Analyst, you will be the primary owner of WCUs OnBase environment. Your work will ensure that our enterprise systems, especially OnBase, operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational needs. You will design, build, and maintain OnBase workflows, scripts, forms, and automations to improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible to manage and respond to application support tickets, acting as the primary contact for issues related to enterprise content management and related systems.

Your Spark (Qualifications):
Some post-secondary education plus 4-6 years of relevant experience. Experience within enterprise-level systems and workflow creation.
Proven experience with enterprise software solutions and applications is required. Hands-on experience with OnBase is a strong asset.
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
