Job Classification: Staff Scheduler/ Administrative Coordinator
Positions: (2 Vacancies)
Facility: Samaritan Place
Status: Full-Time Permanent  
Shift Information: Days, Monday - Friday

Who we are: Samaritan Place and The Hospice at Glengarda, Emmanuel Health organizations, provide long-term & hospice care to over 100 residents. In the tradition of Catholic social justice teaching and service, we respond to the unmet needs of the vulnerable and the communities we serve through compassionate innovative service and partnerships.

What you will do: Responsible for providing scheduling and administrative coordination for the sites. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to the filing of correspondence, maintaining consistent and up-to-date filing systems, data entry, and drafting reports. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of preliminary timesheets, while assuring compliance with the applicable collective bargaining agreements, federal and provincial regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
Business certificate and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Synerion scheduling and ADP payroll experience would be an asset.
Scheduling experience in a unionized healthcare environment would be an asset.

Pay Range: Pay band 2 as per Provincial Out-of-Scope Employees Pay Schedule | Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc.

Anticipated Start Date: as soon as possible
