Description

We are seeking an energetic and organized Summer Youth Coordinator to support our youth programs and community activities throughout the summer months.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise youth-focused activities, programs, and family gatherings.
- Encourage participation and foster a fun, inclusive environment for young members.
- Assist in coaching the basics of games and recreational etiquette.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with parents/guardians about programs.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including tracking attendance, program expenses, and basic records.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining program spaces to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
- Organize events, including setup, logistics, and volunteer coordination.
- Help with social media engagement, including posting updates, promoting events, and sharing program highlights.
- Participate in community outreach to increase awareness and involvement in youth programs.

Duration: Summer Months
Conditions: A satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check is required.
