Coordinate and facilitate impactful mentoring programs, including our summer day camps and one to one mentoring.
Contribute to the recruitment of volunteer mentors.
Assist in executing fundraising and promotional activities that further mentoring.
Qualifications: Grade 12 and University and college students are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate specific training in human growth and development, coupled with strong interpersonal skills such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership, empathy, cultural sensitivity and conflict resolution, and customer service, to name a few. Be a positive role model, fostering supportive interactions with youth, volunteers, and community members.
