Office Administrator
Culligan Water Regina has an exciting position available for an Office Assistant to join our fast paced, growing business. This role provides administrative support and superior customer service to ensure the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations.
This person plays a very important role within the company as they are the first point of contact with our customers. The person hired must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multi-task and be very organized while still showing superior customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Set up new customer accounts
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Manage customer accounts
Data Entry
Answering multi-line phone
Processing payments and orders
Delinquent account calls
Daily outbound Customer Service Calls
Calling sales leads as well as effective handling of inbound sales inquiries
Essential Requirements
