Job Order Detail

Description

Responsibilities:
-    Assist customers with their purchases and offer suggestions
-    Process customer transactions in the POS system
-    Receiving of material and entering inventory into POS system
-    Loading and unloading material into vehicles manually and by forklift
-    Processing customer payments
-    Light building and yard maintenance (ie: cleaning, lighting, maintaining fluid levels in truck and forklift, snow removal, yard maintenance)
Qualifications:
-    Valid class 5 Drivers License (Drivers abstract is required)
-    Able to safely lift up to 75 lbs
-    Experience in home repair or construction an asset
-    Lift Truck Operator certificate an asset.  Willing to train
-    Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing with customers and staff
-    The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal Record check prior to beginning employment.
-    Basic computer literacy
-       25 hours per week guaranteed.  Increasing through peak season(April - November)
