Camp Circle O' Friends is seeking an administrative assistant for 9 weeks at 30 hours/week.

Camp Circle O' Friends is a summer camp for children who have cancer, their siblings, and the bereaved. The camp is located at Last Mountain Lake, but the administrative office is located in Saskatoon.

Job responsibilities will include working under the Executive Director to update the physical filing system, assisting with camper registration, organize camp assets, and other tasks as assigned. No experience is required, but a working knowledge of filing systems and/or databases would be an asset. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and capable of working independently as needed.

The camp session for 2026 runs June 17-21, during which the successful applicant will be expected to attend the camp and assist with the operations of camp - meals and lodging provided. The successful applicant will be able to pass a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
