Warner Industries is seeking a dependable and driven Leasing Representative to support our Rentals & Leasing division in Regina.

You will be the frontline connection for our Customers  answering inquiries, building trust, and helping ensure every rental or lease runs smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering strong Customer service, this could be the right fit for you.

What Youll Do:
    Manage rental and lease contracts with accuracy and efficiency
    Respond to Customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and after-hours
    Provide quotes, process payments, and follow up on billing
    Track and inspect inventory including Trucks, Trailers, and related equipment
    Help keep fleet inventory clean, organized, and road-ready year-round

What You Bring:
    Strong Customer service skills and a proactive mindset
    Experience or knowledge in the Truck and Trailer industry
    Confidence using Microsoft Office and accounting software
    Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    Ability to multitask, solve problems, and support your Team
