The Night Auditor reports to the Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager and is responsible for assisting guests with overnight requests while ensuring the accurate reconciliation of all daily accounts. Duties include checking in late-arriving guests, processing early morning check-outs, handling reservations, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns. The Night Auditor is also responsible for balancing and verifying financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing invoices and daily reports.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service skills, clear English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems.
