We are seeking a Head of Revenue Systems to design, build, and scale the entire revenue engine across the PWM Group of Companies. This leader will architect a repeatable, data-driven, AI-enabled outbound and inbound revenue system that supports long-term growth in a technical and industrial sales environment. The ideal candidate is a true systems thinker who has built a revenue machine from the ground up. They understand manufacturing, complex technical sales cycles, and how to use automation, structured process design, and layered sales organizations to drive predictable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design the complete revenue engine, including pipeline architecture, qualification frameworks, handoff rules, and revenue workflows.
Build a repeatable outbound pipeline, including segmentation, messaging frameworks, cadences, and account targeting for industrial buyers.
Develop a three-layer sales structure with clear KPIs, defined responsibilities, and measurable performance systems.
Integrate AI, automation, and SDR functions to increase efficiency, improve lead quality, and accelerate conversion cycles.
Required Experience:
Proven experience building revenue systems within a B2B manufacturing or industrial company.
Background as a Revenue Operations leader, Head of RevOps, or in a similar systems-focused commercial leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electric actuation, heavy equipment, defense, aerospace, nuclear, robotics, advanced manufacturing, industrial components, or related sectors.
Experience implementing CPQ systems for configurable or engineered products.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build dashboards and KPI frameworks.
Background in change management and training for technical sales teams.
