Description

PBCN Creighton Fuel & Convenience, is a full service Petro-Canada gas station & convenience store including a Tim Horton's kiosk operated by Peter Ballantyne Developments LP. (www.pbgoc.com) in the delightful Town of Creighton.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor(s) to oversee daily operations within our Tim Horton's establishment. The ideal candidate(s) will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality and food service. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Successful applicants will:

Report to Restaurant Management.
Follow Tim Hortons Standards and guidelines.
Oversee all activities during scheduled shifts.
Open and Close restaurant procedures.
Work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Perform all duties as required, including baking, front counter service, daily maintenance.
Possess excellent Guest Service and Supervisory skills.
Have a proven track record of reliability and dependability.
Communicate well with Management and fellow Team Members.
Possess a current Food Safety Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Previous Supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting would be an asset.
