Own the first impression greet walk-in customers and manage incoming calls with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Drive bookings and revenue schedule estimates and consistently work toward a 75% closing ratio
Guide customers through the repair process explain insurance claims, timelines, repair methods, and next steps clearly
Keep everything moving coordinate appointments for appraisals and deliveries to support production flow
Stay on top of details maintain accurate records, files, and updates in CARSTARs management system
Handle payments with accuracy and accountability
Follow up and close opportunities contact unsold estimates within 48 hours
Promote trust and confidence explain warranty coverage and reinforce CARSTARs commitment to quality
Maintain a clean, organized front office and contribute to a strong team environment
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in an auto body collision shop or dealership (mandatory this is not optional)
Strong background in customer service, reception, and high-volume phone communication
Proven ability to sell, influence, and close in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skillsyoure clear, confident, and professional
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling tools
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and able to always maintain a professional presence

$20-22 per hour and higher if you have more relevant experience
