What Youll Do
Youll be at the center of our repair process, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes:
Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts for vehicle repairs
Track and document all parts accurately using CARSTARs management system
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, estimators, and technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
Manage returns and credits while maintaining a return rate below 20%
Keep the parts area clean, safe, and well-organized
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Participate in daily production meetings and support overall shop operations
What You Bring
3+ years of experience handling parts in a collision repair shop, automotive environment, or dealership. Must
Strong organizational and communication skillsyou know how to keep things moving
Solid computer skills for managing orders and repair workflows
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Valid drivers license
High school diploma required; I-CAR or ASE training is a strong asset
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, and walking
Able to work around automotive chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures
