What You Will Do
Provide front-line customer service and reception support
Process accounts payable and cash receipting
Assist with permits, licensing, and general office administration
Support daily municipal operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Take on a variety of administrative duties in a collaborative team environment
What You Bring
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer skills with the ability to improve and streamline work processes
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Experience with municipal systems is an asset, particularly knowledge of the Munisoft program

Position Details
Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute banked time provision every third Friday
