Technical Expertise  Strong automotive mechanical and electronic knowledge
Problem-Solving Skills  Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently
Diagnostic Tool Proficiency  Experience with scanners, multimeters, and shop tools
Communication Skills  Able to explain issues clearly to customers and team members
Attention to Detail & Safety  Commitment to proper procedures and quality repairs
Physical Stamina  Able to stand, lift components, and work in shop conditions
Adaptability  Willingness to learn evolving vehicle technologies
