About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and the service team. Youll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and confidently
- Prepare and manage service work orders
- Communicate updates between customers and technicians
- Ensure timely follow-up and a high level of customer satisfaction
