As a Tradesperson I, you support the day to day care of vehicles and equipment through routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and shop support. Working under the Trades Coordinator and alongside Journeypersons, you help keep operations running safely, efficiently, and ready for service in a fast paced hands on environment.
What You Bring
- One to two years of experience in equipment maintenance, servicing, or minor mechanical repairs
- Working knowledge of automotive, industrial, and turf equipment systems and basic shop tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while communicating clearly and effectively
- Physical ability to perform demanding work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
