Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction in esthetics theory, skin physiology, and treatment protocols
Teach advanced skin care techniques including laser and light-based therapies, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial treatments
Develop, update, and refine curriculum materials aligned with current industry standards and licensing requirements
Mentor and evaluate students through practical demonstrations, assessments, and ongoing feedback
Maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment in all classroom and clinic settings
Stay current with emerging trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes in the esthetics field
Collaborate with department staff to support student success and program development
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance documentation
