Responsibilities include:
Construct scaffolds using Tube & Clamp and Safeway Scaffold and ensure the safe use of all scaffolding built on site
Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and organization of the scaffolding material
Responsible for training and developing Trade Helpers, Apprentices and personnel in the proper construction and safe use of scaffolding
Required to assist the other trades (Millwrights, Pipefitters, Welders, and Electricians)
Carpentry ticket with experience in concrete forming / repair, painting or rubberizing is an asset

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
Valid Saskatchewan Journeyman Scaffolder certification with 5 years of experience
Good understanding of occupational health and safety code for scaffold construction
Rate of pay will be as per the CBA
Willing to work with minimum supervision at times
Willing to assist other trades in the completion of their duties
Enjoys working in a team environment
Must be safety conscious
Priority will be given to residents of the Saskatchewans North
Work Location & Schedule:
McClean Lake Mine site
14 days in and 14 days out rotating schedule
Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
