Reporting to the Manager of Operational Services and Business Support, you will lead a high paced contact centre team focused on delivering consistent and exceptional customer experiences. This role provides hands on leadership in a changing environment, supporting both customers and employees through clear communication, fair decision making, and strong operational oversight. You will use sound judgment, discretion, and a customer focused mindset to drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes across a large and diverse team.
