We are a reputable private construction company in Estevan, Saskatchewan seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman/Woman to lead our crews and deliver high-quality roofing projects.
Position: Roofing Foreman/Woman x 2
Location: Estevan, SK
Employment Type: Full-time / Seasonal
Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential and/or commercial projects
    Plan, organize, and oversee daily job site operations
    Ensure all work meets company standards, timelines, and safety regulations
    Train and mentor crew members
    Communicate with management, clients, and suppliers as needed
    Order materials and manage job site inventory
    Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements:
    4+ years roofing experience, with leadership or foreman experience preferred
    Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat/low slope)
    Proven ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule
    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    Strong commitment to workplace safety
    Valid drivers license (required)
