Back To Life  Secondhand Clothing & Home is an exciting social enterprise of Break Free Outreach Ministries Inc., created to generate revenue for our programs while providing employment and training opportunities within our community.

We are seeking a Sorting Centre Supervisor to lead the intake, sorting, and distribution of donated goods. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, discerning, and passionate about making an impact.

What You Will Do:
Oversee all incoming donations and sorting processes
Curate quality items for our retail store
Supervise and schedule volunteers
Organize garage sales for surplus inventory
Distribute items to individuals and families in need
Maintain an efficient, clean, and well-organized workspace

What You Bring:
Experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to assess quality and retail value of donated goods
Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
