KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES
Provide primary administrative and coordination support for Fleet and Transportation and other divisions operations, including scheduling, service requests, work orders, and operational documentation.
Maintain accurate records related to fleet assets, maintenance activities, inspections, warranties, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries from internal departments, contractors, and the public, ensuring timely follow up and information flow.
Support fleet maintenance administration through data entry, tracking, and reporting within corporate systems.
Provide administrative support across other Infrastructure & Operations functions, including Utilities, Streets & Roadways, Solid Waste, and Environmental Services, as required.
Deliver front line customer service by responding to phone, radio, email, and in person inquiries in a professional, courteous, and tactful manner.
Record, categorize, and distribute service requests, complaints, and operational information to appropriate supervisors and operational staff.
Prepare and distribute service notifications, road closure notices, and operational communications in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Support financial and data administration by processing invoices, maintaining records, supporting budget documentation, and updating operational tracking tools.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive operational, financial, and customer information.
Provide cross coverage and administrative support as needed to ensure continuity of Infrastructure & Operations services.
