Help Wanted: Lead Fence Installers
Derkson Contracting Ltd.  Expanding in Regina & Saskatoon

We are growing fast and looking to build two new independent fencing teamsone based in Regina and one in Saskatoon. We aren't just looking for workers; we are looking for motivated individuals capable of running a job site from start to finish.

The Goal:
We want to empower local crews to operate independently. If you have the skills to lead a team, manage a job site, and ensure the high quality Derkson is known for, we want to talk to you.

What Youll Be Doing:
Leading or joining an independent crew specializing in fencing (Chain Link, Vinyl, Wood, Ornamental, metal fence installations.

Managing daily site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Maintaining the high standards of our current projects across Saskatchewan. Yes travel is needed and required

Representing the company professionally while interacting with residential and commercial clients.

What Were Looking For:
Leadership Potential: Experience leading a crew is a major asset, but we will support skilled installers ready to take the next step.

Independence: You take initiative and can solve problems on-site without needing constant oversight.

Reliability: A solid track record of showing up and getting the job done right.

Requirements: A valid drivers license and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
