Summer Student JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting the lead pastor in planning and implementing activities and giveaways for the Nipawin Exhibition
Planning and implementing community-wide events and activities
Overseeing a team to plan, implement, and promote educational camps and weekly activities for children, families, and youth.
Assisting other staff with jobs related to Next Gen. ministry success.
This position will require some assistance with clerical and grounds work that is required to execute tasks associated with the job description including, but not limited to website design, graphic and print design. It also requires the student to know or be able to gain proficiency on a number of different computer platforms including Microsoft 365, Google G Suite, ProPresenter 7, iOS, Android, Windows 10, as well as managing a variety of social media sites.
The successful candidate will interact with people from a variety of different backgrounds and settings with empathy and kindness; particularly with youth and children. They will require skills in collaboration and team work as well as having the ability to focus on a task and work independently. We are looking for someone who is hard working and has the ability to communicate plans, details, vision, and information to a variety of people in a variety of settings in a concise and clear manner.
