The R.M. of Corman Park is seeking a Planner I to join our Planning and Development team following an internal promotion. The Planner I will support permit applications, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to policy and growth initiatives. What youll do as a Planner I:
Review and process development and building permit applications
Coordinate intake, completeness, and file progression
Prepare clear, defensible reports for internal review and Council
Provide professional advice to applicants and stakeholders
Support planning research and policy development.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, customer-focused mindset

Qualification
Degree in Planning or related field (CIP-accredited preferred)
