Outreach Support Specialist  
BGC Saskatoon is a nonprofit organization serving children, youth, and families through community based programs across Saskatchewan. We are seeking an Outreach Support Specialist to support the Rosewater Connection Mental Health Initiative and provide operational support to Summer Day Camp Programs.

Position Overview  
Reporting to the Outreach Coordinator, the Outreach Support Specialist provides administrative, scheduling, and client care support to ensure efficient delivery of counselling services. This role coordinates appointments, maintains accurate records, supports data collection, and provides timely client follow-up. The position also supports the Director of Children's Programs with administrative and operational tasks related to summer day camps. Occasional evening or event work may be required. This full time role is eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage referral, intake, and registration documentation
* Coordinate transportation and scheduling for counselling sessions
* Maintain booking systems, calendars, waitlists, and tracking tools
* Send appointment reminders and track attendance
* Follow up with missed or waiting clients and escalate concerns as needed
* Compile data for reporting, evaluation, and outcomes measurement
* Maintain confidential and accurate client records
* Support outreach initiatives, program coordination, and team meetings
* Provide administrative support for Summer Day Camp programs
