Description

DMC Limited is a growing general contracting and civil construction company based out of Moose Jaw. We specialize in excavation, concrete work, sewer and water services, trenchless installations, and specialty coatings including epoxy and polyaspartic systems.

We are currently hiring up to 4 crew members to join our team. This is an opportunity to get in early with a company that is expanding quickly, with room for growth and long-term career development.

Responsibilities:
Assist with carpentry, framing, and concrete forming
Perform concrete prep, placement, and finishing
Support excavation and civil work (sewer and water services)
Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator) as required
Assist with epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating installations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
Previous experience in construction (carpentry, concrete, or civil work preferred)
Valid drivers license
Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Assets (Not Required):
Experience with sewer and water installations
Equipment operation experience
Experience with epoxy or floor coatings
