Prepare construction documents including contracts, renovation contracts, permits, and project reports.
Organize and keep updated filing systems for drawings, permits, inspections, invoices, and compliance documentation.
Assist in preparing and tracking building permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals in accordance with City of Moose Jaw or Regina, and Saskatchewan requirements.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Coordinate with accounting to support job costing and budget tracking for construction and renovation projects.
Order and track office and site materials
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document control, and correspondence management while ensuring confidentiality.
