Auto Rescue Towing is a family operated business operating for 30 years in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
Duties:
- Receive and process incoming phone calls from customers, drivers, and vendors
- Manage fleet operations, including tracking and monitoring vehicle locations, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dispatch role or similar position preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and internal teams
