Next Level Fences is a growing fence installation company based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. We specialize in wood, vinyl, and ornamental fencing, and are looking for a motivated Fence Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Install wood, vinyl, and ornamental fences according to specifications
Measure and mark layouts accurately
Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools
Set posts and ensure they are plumb and secure
Install panels, rails, and gates
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Communicate professionally with customers and crew members

Requirements:

Experience in fence installation or a similar trade preferred (training available)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude, good communication, and strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Wages: $20$30 per hour, based on experience, with performance-based increases available after 6090 days
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
