Description

We are currently hiring a Salon Supervisor / Lead Stylist  someone who can not only deliver excellent hair services but also help run and coordinate daily salon operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of braiding and styling services including: Knotless braids, cornrows, box braids, Fulani braids, Goddess braids, twists, feed-in braids, sew-ins, and dreadlocks (retie/maintenance)
Consult with clients to recommend styles based on hair type and scalp condition
Execute all styles with precision  neat, symmetrical, and long-lasting
Educate clients on proper hair care and maintenance
Upsell salon products and services
Carry out daily salon operations and workflow
Coordinate and support other staff when required
Ensure all client records, schedules, and notes are properly maintained
Assist with inventory tracking and restocking (basic Excel knowledge required)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times

Skills & Qualifications
Strong braiding and hairstyling skills (neatness and speed required)
Knowledge of hair extensions, types, and colors
Computer literate (booking systems, basic Excel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
