Now Hiring: Full-Time Kitchen helper

Experience is preferred (kitchen or food packing)
Food Safety Certificate is required
Well provide training for the right candidate

Full-Time Position: Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends (30-40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep and basic cooking tasks with consistency and efficiency
Pack and organize customer orders accurately and with care
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen at all times
Follow all kitchen procedures and support the team during busy periods
Experience in a Japanese fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is preferred

Standards & Expectations:
Work with strong attention to detail  accuracy matters in every task
Respect inventory management and strictly follow food storage procedures
Minimize food waste  ingredients must be handled with care and responsibility
Maintain excellent hygiene habits and food safety awareness at all times
Be coachable  willing to relearn, follow instructions, and align with team standards
No shortcuts  consistency and execution are key in our kitchen
Strong attendance is required  punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
