The Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic performs preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, highway construction and maintenance equipment, and light vehicles for the Ministry of Highways. Working under the direction of a Shop Supervisor, this role supports equipment reliability and safety through mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and computerized repair work in shop and field environments.
