MF Enterprises is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Powder Coater / Sandblaster to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities/Duties

Perform sandblasting of parts and components to required surface standards
Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality requirements
Ensure proper surface preparation prior to coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
Maintain and operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment
Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
Organize and track parts throughout the coating process
Ensure finished parts are properly packaged for shipment
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 12 years experience in powder coating and/or sandblasting preferred
Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
Ability to read and understand basic drawings or work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience considered an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Shift

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM  4:00 PM
