What Youll Do
As the Practice Lead, youll be hands-on with clients, leading assurance and tax engagements, guiding your team, and collaborating closely with partners. Youll manage your own client portfolio, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the firms continued growth and success.

Lead and oversee assurance, compilation, and/ or tax engagements from planning to completion.
Review financial statements and tax filings prepared by your team, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Mentor and support staff accountants and technicianshelping them grow while keeping engagements on track.
