Our organization is seeking an experienced, visionary Executive Director to lead a mission driven nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. We provide programs, services, and community connections that support independence, dignity, and wellbeing for seniors across the region.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide strategic leadership, long term planning, and operational oversight
-Manage and mentor staff, volunteers, and program teams
-Oversee budgeting, financial management, and organizational sustainability
-Build strong relationships with funders, community partners, and government agencies
-Lead fundraising initiatives, grant development, and donor stewardship
-Ensure high quality program delivery aligned with the needs of seniors
-Represent the organization publicly as a trusted advocate for older adults

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in nonprofit management or a related sector
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, grant writing, and partnership development
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of aging services, community health, or social services is an asset
- Commitment to equity, dignity, and inclusion for all seniors
