Silver Sage Housing Corporation plays a crucial role in addressing housing challenges and fostering stability for communities in urban environments.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Lead, based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Working closely with the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, the Finance Lead will provide accurate financial information, ensure strong controls, and support informed decision-making across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:
Lead financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Maintain accurate accounting records including maintain and oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records
Monitor and support rent tracking, subsidies, arrears, and tenant account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with funding agreements, policies, and non-profit accounting standards
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Supervise accounting and finance staff
Support procurement and contract processes
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial systems and processes

Qualifications
Strong accounting background with experience in financial reporting and compliance
Experience with financial software and tools is an asset
Experience within non-profit and/or housing/property management or community-focused organizations is an advantage
Ability to lead day-to-day financial operations and support a small team
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with budgeting, audits, payroll, and financial systems
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
