Studio 440 is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Regina built around control, rhythm, and intentional coaching.

We are creating the kind of studio we always wished existed: a place where strength is built by learning to trust your body rather than punish it. We are now building our founding instructor team to bring that into the room.

Studio 440 is seeking instructors who care deeply about the craft of teaching. As an instructor, you will lead small group reformer classes using clear cueing, strong presence, and thoughtful instruction to create focused, well-run classes.

Instructors are coaches first. They create focus and momentum in the room and guide clients toward stronger movement over time. At Studio 440, instructors know clients by name and understand how their bodies move.

*Responsibilities*
Lead safe, effective classes following the Studio 440 method. Deliver clear cueing and hands-on guidance. Design balanced routines with appropriate progressions and modifications. Maintain pacing and energy in the room. Build relationships with clients and support new guests. Assist with check-in, retail, and studio upkeep. Maintain cleanliness and professional standards.

*Compensation & Growth*
Independent contractor role paid per class, with additional earnings based on class attendance. Class opportunities expand based on performance, utilization, and guest experience. Structured pathway for instructor development.

*Requirements*
Complete Studio 440 Certification and Training Program. Current First Aid/CPR and personal liability insurance. Background in movement (Pilates, training, yoga, dance, etc.). Commitment to ongoing learning and regularly taking classes at the studio.
