Major job responsibilities
    Divide fresh-harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
    Hand harvesting vegetables
    Tie and secure plants
    Pot and re-pot plants
    Mix and prepare soils
    Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
    Weeding
    Sort fruits and vegetables
    Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
    Examine the farm produce for quality and its readiness for the market
    Clean work area

Full-time-Permanent: 36-40 hours per week

Salary
$16/hr
Benefits
    Overtime Pay (1.5 times of hourly wage after 40 hours of working in a week and or after 8 hours in a given day).
    Vacation pay as per Saskatchewan Standards (3 weeks or 5.77% of vacation pay)
