Description

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products, services, and omni channels to meet our members needs!

The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Foster strong relationships with small and medium size business and agriculture members, providing ongoing financial guidance and support.
- Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
- Work closely in a collaborative team environment with all staff to meet members' financial needs (known and unknown).
- Provide and cross-sell high quality financial products and services through proactive contact with the intent of increasing member wallet share.
- Analyze loan applications for data integrity, potential fraud, and creditworthiness.
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
- Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200 km) as required.

Qualifications
- Completion of some post-secondary education (such as finance, business management, agribusiness, or a related field) and/or completion of related specialized lending courses.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in relationship banking with knowledge and experience in small business lending, credit analysis, and loan underwriting.
- Proven business development, attention to to detail, sales, and service skills.
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot).
