Description

We are looking for an Experience Designer to join our team in Saskatchewan.

We hope you consider applying if you:
bring strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, consolidate and clearly present customer, partner and employee insights and data.
are curious, open to change, and collaborative  demonstrating leadership through influence and strong partnership your colleagues and partners in other areas of SGI.
are comfortable with facilitating workshops and conversations to understand and enhance SGIs customer, partner and employee experiences.
want to use your leadership skills for good by actively supporting SGIs culture, expanding your own learning and growth, and supporting your colleagues as they do the same.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as Industrial Design, Business, Information Technology, or Social Science, Change Management (ADKAR) certification or equivalent and three to five years of experience in customer, partner or employee experience, human centered design, process analysis, and/or business analysis. Dont worry about checking every box and leave the screening to us.
