Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Estevan operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily business activities, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage all branch operations, including project management, estimating, and customer service
    Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
    Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
    Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance partners, and vendors
    Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting
    Oversee quality control and ensure customer satisfaction on all projects
Qualifications:
    Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in property restoration, construction, or a related field
    Strong leadership and team-building skills
    Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
    Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and operations management
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    Knowledge of restoration industry standards (IICRC certification is an asset)
