Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Environmental Services Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the facility meets high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furnishings to support a healthy environment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning and special projects as assigned by the management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
