Responsibility & Tasks:
Customers are the focal point of our business; they are the team member's number one priority.
Every customer is regarded as a guest in our restaurant and both the management and team
member must ensure that their stay is always enjoyable.
Food service counter attendants performs some or all of the following duties:
Take customers' orders
Assemble and prepare food and food orders
Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package
take-out food
Stock refrigerators and keep records of the quantities of food used
Receive payment for food items purchased
Ability to make correct change (basic mathematical skills)
General housekeeping duties

Previous customer service experience considered an asset

Uniform is clean and neat, not ripped or torn and proper foot wear (slip resistant shoes)
Hair must be neat, clean and worn conservatively; long hair is to be tied back at all times
Hair nets with a Tim Hortons approved visor or hat must be worn at all times
Good personal hygiene
Will need to TAPP requirements within a month of start date
Criminal Record Check will be required
