Description

Job Overview SRPA is hiring two Summer Students to support communications, program delivery, and organizational initiatives at the Saskatchewan Regional Parks Association  a non-profit supporting regional parks across Saskatchewan.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communications: Social media content creation and coordination with partners; content shoot planning; tools include Canva and Adobe Suite; track performance metrics

Programs & Projects: Support delivery of programs (e.g., Learn to Camp, Library Lending Pass); outreach, engagement, and event coordination

Administration: Grant and accreditation prep; filing and records; internal/external reporting; general email support; shipping association materials

Field Work: Trail mapping and data collection (training provided)
Skills & Qualifications

- Organized, deadline-driven, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable with outreach, events, and social media content
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office is an asset
- General computer skills
- Class 5 driver's licence, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
- Passion for the outdoors and community is a bonus!

Eligibility (Canada Summer Jobs Requirements)
Applicants must:
- Be 15-30 years old at the start of the job
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada, including holding a valid SIN
