Ryan Spence Equipment Ltd is looking for a full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper with high attention to detail.
Duties Include:
- Monthly banking and credit card reconcilliations
- Filing government documents (GST, PST, Source Deductions)
- Employee payroll (bi-weeekly)
- A/P - entering and paying bills monthly
- A/R - invoicing clients, depositing money, sending receipts out
- Managing e-mails
- Experience with Microsoft Office an asset
- Experience with SAGE 50 an asset
- Other duties may be included
