Description

-Operating the screed controls to set mat thickness, width, crown, and slope.
-Monitoring material flow to ensure consistent feed and avoid voids or irregularities.
-Adjusting screed angle and height to achieve proper grade and finish.
-Working closely with the paver operator and crew to maintain smooth, continuous paving operations.
-Performing basic maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and checking equipment.
-Following safety procedures and completing field risk assessments.
