Description

Oversee startup, shutdown, batching, and continuous production of hotmix asphalt.
Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs
Follow all safety regulations, environmental controls, and company policies.
Experience operating an asphalt plant or similar industrial equipment.
Knowledge of asphalt production processes, plant automation, and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs.
